Standard production takes 18–21 business days from the time your design is approved. Rush orders (7–14 days) are available for an additional fee. Please specify your deadline when requesting a quote, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, 100% free! Our in-house design team will create a professional digital proof of your coin at no charge. You also receive unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design before we go into production.
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best results. We also accept high-resolution raster images (PNG, JPG at 300 DPI or higher). If you only have a sketch or idea, that's perfectly fine too — just describe it and our team will digitize it for you at no charge.
